Shocked he's still available, the Raptors take Rodney Stuckey
Excellent pickup. I was hoping he'd slip to my spot (#24).

One of the very best backup combo guards in the league. He'll be excellent for your team in that role.

Tayshaun Prince

I definitely prefer Gallinari over Prince by a wide margin.  However, Millsap + Prince is better than Gallinari + Splitter.

The thought of Tayshaun Prince in a Knicks uniform saddens me.

We are in agreement.

So far:

C: Andrew Bogut
PF: Andrea Bargnani
SF: Jared Dudley
SG: Demar Derozan
PG: Jeremy Lin

Off the bench:

Michael Beasley (PF/SF)
Rodney Stuckey (PG/SG)

I like the fact that I have 2 starting capable players on the bench. I feel like I need to pick up a good shooter and a big man, but I like how this is shaping out so far.

Thoughts?

You've got two main problems: Stuckey, Beasley and company aren't known for their work ethic and leadership skills on a young team. It'd be nice to get some more stability. Also, you have no center for the rest of this year, and only have one real "big."

Otherwise, I do love the bench versatility.

wizards starting 5 aka block city bullets

PG. John Wall
Sg: Nick Young
SF: Caron Butler
Pf. Serge Ibaka
C. Javale McGee

Not sure if it's better than the current Wizards squad.

Edit: You're adding scoring at the 3 (Butler over the defensive Singleton), and focusing on defense at the 4. Net wash, I think.

i would say its better than the current wiz for sure becaus butler is way better than singleton and ibaka is such a difference maker defensive and athletically and can shoot a little bit..wall would be throwing lobs all days.
Pick 2 Heat:
Pg: Jennings/Vasquez
Sg: Wade/R. Allen/Rivers
SF: Lebron/M. Williams
PF: Bosh/Humphries
C: B. Lopez/Dalembert/Anthony

but he's a great passer

See here is the issue I don't think he's a great passer by any stretch.

He gets his assists out of the pick and roll and penetration. But other than those two situations his passing is lack luster. He's a Ramon Sessions type PG who has been shooting 80% at the rim the past 6 games.

If you ask him to do more, you're going to set him up to struggle.

For some reason I can't get behind Prince as a fit for you. What do you think he brings to your team offensively, IP?

I'll fish for some thoughts, too :P

PG: Jrue Holiday
SG: Joe Johnson
SF:
PF: Amar'e Stoudemire
C:

6th Man of the Year: Ryan Anderson

Obviously I have two big holes on my roster right now so I'll have to repost this after I conveniently pick twice this round. I'm cool with Amar'e and Ryan playing big minutes together (definitely towards the end of games, generally) but I think Anderson's best value is as a 6th man of the year candidate.

Agreed -- Ryan Anderson should come off the bench. It'll allow your team to keep it's defensively integrity by adding a quality defensive five and give you a game-changing option off the bench. Best utilization of your talent.

Possible title contender in the making.

That's my guy, right there. He's been BPA on my board for awhile now. I just couldn't use him with Wallace on the roster.

Thoughts on my Beasley pick?
I didn't like it. Too much of a project for your team.

I'd like more stable players who are more team orientated and can help show players like DeRozan and Bargnani the way forward.

Adding a guy like Beasley who is so selfish and makes so many bad basketball plays will only make it more difficult to develop your young players.
