Brady takes a stupid safety.
Brady throws a stupid interception by underthrowing the ball to a hobbled receiver on 1st-and-10 from the 43 yard line.
Brady makes a poor throw to Welker that causes his receiver to have to awkwardly contort his body, rather than catching the ball in stride.
And yet, Welker is to blame, because it "hit him in his hands". Never mind that he had to basically stop, pivot, and jump backward to even get his hands on the ball. In the world of Patriots fans, if you can touch a ball, you're absolutely required to catch it, no matter how bad the throw. If you don't catch it, you're going to take the blame, no matter how many game-changing mistakes your QB has made.
