How is this guy still available as a FA? With O'neal as fragile as ever I think we should pick this guy up for depth.

  • KG IS THE KING
This solves nothing in regards to our biggest weakness, which is interior play.

1) He's a small forward, so will do nothing to address center depth.
2) He played poorly enough that he lost his starting job on the 19-win Cavaliers last season.
3) He was criticized for not playing defense and not being serious.

He is on a unguaranteed contract with the Nets ;)

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Like him but we already have enough depth at the wings. We need a JO replacement. We have Steimsma and Wilcox but it wouldn't hurt to maybe look for another big.

I can't think of any serviceable big out there. Maybe Brian Zoubek, that 7'1'' dude from Duke. He's physical and can hit mid range, just not sure if he can translate to the NBA. Hey, im just throwing names out there.

Sorry hoopshype has him listed as a PF. My thinking was that if we had to go small with 2nd unit we could drop Moon into that slot. When O'neal went down earlier this year KG moved to the 5 and Bass started at the 4. I was thinking Moon would be a quality filled in on the 2nd unit as either a 4 or 5 depending on the need. I'm not a fan of Wilcox's game.
