Additionally - I REALLY like KG lining up vs Bynum, if it came to that by next Thur.

If KG could play the strongest center in the NBA (Dwight), for extended minutes in ORL, then I feel comfortable with him playing Drew for some time.

Play Bass on Pau - yes he gives up some length, but if Glen Davis could keep Pau from getting positioning then I'm sure Bass can move Pau easily.
I dont Dwight has no post up game Bynum does

But Drew still relies on his strength to get positioning, something that KG and Bass will be smart enough to negate.

LOL at people counting on Andrew Bynum to be healthy.

That is a good one. He is just as reliable as JO.

exactly, its about keeping him out of his spots...KG did a good job not giving up positioning to D.howard

The way Andrew got destroyed in ORL just a week or so ago lets me know that he can be defended if done smartly.

The guy is an All-Star, no doubt, but why did he not play well at all vs Dwight?

But yet KG could contain Dwight in stretches - for most of the game in ORL? KG saw a challenge and responded to it.

KG played so well vs Dwight that DH even noted in the post-game how KG was beating him up and down the court - hustling.

I have no doubt that if JO misses some time KG (and the other Bigs) will respond in kind.

And AB?

The last week or so has AB believing he could guard Michael Jordan, I bet.

I'm sure AB will get some time on Kobe.

Doom and gloom... we can't beat anyone with a winning record....we beat Orlando twice and then Indiana.

Doom and gloom...we started out 4-8...we've gone 8-2 since.

Doom and gloom...Rondo is seriously hurt and will miss time...we go 6-2 during his absence with Avery Bradley starting and E'Twaun Moore backing him up.

Doom and gloom...we are down 27 to Orlando...we come back to win.

Doom and gloom...we are missing Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo, Jermaine O'Neal, Keyon Dooling and Chris Wilcox from the lineup...we win the game.

Doom and gloom...our center position isn't perfect...........

Excuse me if I don't fall in line with the doom and gloom regarding this team. I have heard it before and this team has shown the doom and gloom to be entirely WRONG!!!!

Kobe cannot be stopped, of course.

But I bet AB could slow him down in stretches.

I hope Kobe gets frustrated and then tries to out-shoot us or Ray Ray.....that will play right into our hands.

I am NOT a fan of giving up solid picks in a good draft for sideshow.

Wait this year out and chase/develop a big that can finish around the rim. Cast your memories back to what rondo achieved with a super old shaq that could finish strong around the basket. Imagine what could happen with a younger, more athletic big.
