Miami needs a big man more than they do a ball-dominant PG.
Big time, though after some adjustment Rondo would get their offense some more order against set defenses.

It'd be fun on the break though!

  • Rondo = Good
We do this trade so we can become the Raptors from a few years ago?

No thanks.

Utterly ridiculous trade for us.  I don't want crybaby near our team and Bradley is not ready for prime time.

I think Rondo and Ray for D-Wade makes more sense for both teams. If Miami trades Bosh, then who becomes their power forward?

Or more importantly their C.

Obviously I'd rather have Rondo than do any of these crazy trades.

Either way, Rondo + LeBron doesn't work. LeBron functions best with great shooters to pass to. Rondo's strengths don't fit with LeBron's strengths.

Bosh was the 3rd best player on a team that didn't win a championship.  He is too old to have "upside" and not good enough to build around.  I don't see this happening.

I am willing to trade Rondo or other pieces but I want either a solid stud (ie Chris Paul) or young players with potential to become a stud (or at least a lot better than they are currently).

I wouldn't trade Rondo straight up for Bosh, lest known Rondo, Bass, and a pick.

No. I want no part of Bosh, and while the swap may be equal talent, I'd rather keep our own flawed player.

exactly, and we still got Lewis for 1 more year at 22 mil and his expiring contract as trade bait  :o

No we flip KG for RL in washington and get a pick for this years draft.

Sweet so Bradley runs the point all year and Bosh and Garnett split minutes? Awesome Idea.

Sweet...So Bradley runs the point all year and Bosh and Lewis (whose worse than Garnett) split minutes? Awesome idea number 2.
the sad part is that you come across as seriously thinking this is a good idea.

KG is already an expiring deal so we gain nothing but another year of high salary for a lesser player.  We also will not be getting an unprotected draft pick from Washington any time soon since they desperately need to bring in young talent to go with Wall.  trading for KG does not help that franchise.

As for the Bosh deal--why?  Bosh isn't good enough to build around.  Any doubts-->see Toronto before he went to Miami.  worse yet, he's not a young stud with upside but has pretty much plateaued.  No thanks.  Bass and a pick for Bosh--yeah, I'd do that--but only to pair him with Rondo and Green going forward.  They'd still be worse than Miami but it's a starting point.

Naw, Rondo's a much more valuable player than Chris Bosh.

Worst trade idea, I've ever came across...you must be LBJ or Wade or Spolestra or Bosh's family or something...seroiusly

I think that's a pretty big exaggeration. I wouldn't do it, but it's not like Chris Bosh is a complete slouch.
