  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Unless the draft pick involved is their 1st, then no. I'm actually in on switching 1st's if they want.
I'd take a salary burden for a couple more years for the chance to get a Harrison Barnes, Anthony Davis, Andre adrummond or Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, who all are potentially stars in the future.

KG + Clips 1st.

For

Shard + Wiz 1st.

I'm in on that trade.

SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

The Wizards owner said from the start (and he has stuck to it) that the Wizards are going to be bad for awhile before things get better. This is a patient man who is building through the draft.

He is not going to move an extremely valuable lottery pick just to dump Rashard Lewis.

Ive suggested it before,

It saves washington money, with kg done after this year. Lewis doesnt have a place in there long term plans. It comes down to there ownership wanting to give up a first to save big $ next year.

This trade also moves the celtics FA moves to the next off season, if love and howard are out of the picture this isn't a bad thing.

I'd do it if this team's play doesn't take a huge upswing.

Of course the Wizards would under no conditions do it, if they want major cap space this offseason they can amnesty Rashard Lewis. The only way they'd make this trade is if their owner wants to save money on salary big tim, and I don't think they'd give up such a valuable lottery pick so soon after buying the team to cut costs.

Kg for Rashard Lewis and a draft pic?  Their salaries match and RL is younger.

i would even do the trade for a 2013 or 2014 first. Cs just need to gather what ever assets they can.

I thought all Boston fans agreed over the last few years that Rashard Lewis is not a basketball player. Remember his Orlando days, please.

The idea is that we would be taking on the burden of paying Lewis and i return we get a 1st round pick. I agree Lewis isn't worth what he gets paid. These are the kinds of things we as fans will have to get used to while this team rebuilds.

actully if it is Washington's 1st rounder, then we amnesty RL next year, not a horrible move...

you cannot amnesty players you acquire via trade.

Looking away of the fact that Eddie House is a free agent.. I'd do it. lol
