yeah i cant find anything myself but thats one trade I wouldnt curse out DA for... I could actually see ray helping the wolves, and ive always liked them as an underdog so it would give me another reason to support them haha

I don't know I just heard a couple of guys on the radio, ESPN Radio, and they were talking about it saying that if Ridnour accepts his trade clause than it's like a done deal

if true, I see no reason why Ridnour would not accept a chance to come to boston over sota

I appreciate you sharing the information.  I'm sure everyone here would like to know sooner rather than later as breaking news hits.

That said, this isn't confirmed and it sounds kind of sketchy in terms of details.  If we don't see any confirming links, tweets, or anything, we should probably just lock this thread and assume it was just a trade idea discussed.

But I think we can leave it open for now so people can at least discuss if it would be a good idea.

I can't possibly see how this would make any sense.  Johnson and Ridnour are on the books for 8.3m next year and 9.5m the year after.  Ridnour is a backup (and a bad one at that) and Johnson has so far failed to live up to his potential.

I doubt even Danny could be that foolish....I hope

Yeah I don't mind Ridnour at all, very solid point guard, he is playing out of position right now at the 2 spot.  Johnson is a project, but maybe Doc's great coaching will get something out of him.  Ray played in Milwaukee all those years, maybe he wouldn't mind going back to the northern midwest?  It actually sounds like a great deal, and as for getting rid of our 2nd round pick next year-who cares!
