....and then imagine getting DH in the offseason.

A team with DWill, Ellis and DH would be sweet!

You know.... this trade wouldn't be that ridiculous.  At least if DH12 really wants to play with Deron.  Not sure if NJ would be on board... Deron for Rondo + Beidrins (terrible contract)?

that trades actually not half bad but why would golden state do it? They'd be giving up arguably their best young player and a good young sf to get two of the old big 3? Not like they're contending this year anyway maybe ray can help them whats pp gonna do?

I could see NJ doing this but not Golden State.  This would only give them cap space which probably wouldn't be utilized too well.  What big FA's have signed with Golden State in the past?  Just doesn't make too much sense for GS.

GS would certainly NOT do this trade.  And I would imagine NJN can get better offers for D-Will.  Just remember what they gave up to get him; Favors, Harris, 2 1st round picks.

Trade still works with Brook Lopez going to Golden State. With the expiring contract of Ray they can resign Lopez in the offseason. I'd do it. Someone call Danny!

Draft picks would obviously have to go to New Jersey to make it worth it. Maybe Golden State's first, Clippers first from Celtics and a second.
