Why doesn't Wilcox have the normal free agent trade restriction like Peitrus or Daniels?

If you check him out on the updated trade machine it shows no restriction yet it does for our other FA pickups.. I don't get it.

Weren't Pietrus and Daniels acquired with the league minimum? I think that adds some restriction to trades.

It's probably a mistake related to Wilcox being listed as having a 0-year contract.
