Since I'm a co-GM but didn't get sent any agreement, does that mean you're acknowledging that I'm above all rules?  Just wanted to get it out there in the open.

Nope, only need the okay of the principal. All ancillary parties are of course expected to comply in all rules an expectations, but ultimately it falls on the principal's shoulders to guarantee all other parties.

However, if either of you draft, or help facilitate the drafting of, Mike Bibby, you will be summarily banned.

Nope, you, along with the other rookies havent gotten yours yet.

Vets are given first choice if they have interest, because I know they show up.

Not saying rookies can't or won't, just that reliability in the past should be rewarded. Your message goes out tomorrow, but I'd say your odds are about 99.9%. We don't have the numbers for 30 GM's yet, even if all the vets say yes.
