Currently accepting applications for the job of 'personal assistant to commish proceed'.

Mine's word association. I say a word or phrase, you say another word.

1) Knifey. Spoony

2) Transformers. Dopeness

3) The Entire Milwaukee Bucks. False hope

4) Community. Overrated

5) Joss Whedon NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRDDDS

6) The Princess Bride Classic

7) South Park is to Family Guy as.... Patton Oswald is to Dane Cook (ones a good comedian but I think is a little overrated, the other is an OK comedian, but probably gets more flack than he deserves

8) KYLE LOWRY!!!!!!!!!!! not worth my time

Take your time, no rush. Applications should be submitted via Krispy Kreme doughnut.

EDIT: Also PM's to returning owners go out today. PM's to rookie owners go out tomorrow evening. Lottery announced Sunday afternoon.

This always made sense in my mind:

I always thought that Dane Cook, Family Guy and Bill Simmons were similar in that they came along and did something kind of gimmicky and people kind of overreacted positively to what they were doing just because it was a little different. But then people kind of turned on them, and overreacted the other way when they failed to mature or develop.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
If I had to hire someone, I'd hire KCatTheStripe, because he hits the correct zone of similar likes and span of pop culture. WdLeehi comes in a close second. If I had to fire someone and tell them to get their head out of their butt, I'd fire StartOrien, because he knew all the answers and purposefully gave the wrong ones on most of them.

And, I'm not sure if he's aware or not, but the Internet is serious business. The Pick 2 Draft already has enough do-nothing know it alls. We need more go-getters!

Roy comes in dead last. If you were wondering why, try answering "TAX AUDIT!" to everything people say to you for a while, and I think you would have a good approximation.

EDIT: nickagneta also gets a high five for participating. However, Trey Parker and Matt Stone just got sudden acid indigestion because he compared them to Barack Obama. Even positively.

Oh thank God for that Obama comparison. Now I won't have to actually be the assistant.

That looks like a silly nonsensical thing that nobody should care about.

However, you all have lost, and I'm ashamed of all of you. It should have gone:

Knifey: Spooney

Transformers: Don't make any freakin sense. Why would someone like them? For that matter, who likes Jesus Robots to begin with? Was Neo not enough?!

The Entire Milwaukee Bucks: Singing the song 'Heartbreaker' by Mariah Carey was the correct answer.

Community: Also, singing the song heartbreaker is acceptable.

Joss Whedon: Singing the song 'The Man They Call Jayne' is acceptable, also any song from Dr. Horrible, or just raving maniacally about Buffy.

The Princess Bride: I found all answers EXCEPT ROY'S acceptable.

South Park is to..: I love south park. favor southpark.

Kyle Lowry: Y'all know how this answer was supposed to go

I'd fire StartOrien, because he knew all the answers and purposefully gave the wrong ones on most of them.

All of those answers were an honestly reflection on my thoughts, ACTUALLY.

Transformers - Perfect popcorn movies. Good senseless action, some genuinely funny parts, some unintentionally funny pats, attractive female co-stars.  Completely brainless.

Milwaukee Bucks - Play a boring brand of basketball, and are destined for mediocrity

Joss Whedon - I've never watched anything he's done. Not my brand of entertainment. But I know you nerds LOOOOOOOOVE HIM.

Community - YOU DON'T HAVE TO RECONSTRUCT NARRATIVES IN EVERY GOSH DANG EPISODE. SOME TIMES YOU CAN JUST FOCUS IN ON MAKING YOUR SHOW FUNNY BECAUSE YOU HAVE VERY FUNNY PEOPLE IN IT AND INTERESTING CHARACTERS, YEESH! JUST MAKE ME LAUGH

South Parks vs. Family Guy - I haven't watched 'South Park' consistently in years, they went a little too far into the social commentary thing and I lost interest. Peeked, for me, somewhere around 2003 and 2004. Like I said in my other post, I don't really care for Family Guy, but I think there's been an overreaction to it based off of it's success. They've also ran out of steam now.

KC doesn't seem to care, so...

You understand in that in this situation you're not playing for cool jocks like Jason Street or Matt Saercen. You're playing for Biff from Back To The Future.

I guess its 'plausible' you're playing for Tim Riggins, but unless the things you're speaking out against are 'being sober' and 'not gettin chicks' or 'having regrets', Tim Riggins just really doesn't care enough to hate those things.
