Everyone wants Doc to play younger guys. There is only 1 sure way that happens.

Have Danny work out trades with our older guys( KG, Ray, JO, and yes even PP) ask them where they want to go and start working on trades for younger talent.

Start next year this year and have Doc put in his new offense with the new talent.

Lets have fun watching our team run up and down the court and play tough defense.

That lets the young guys get experience and bound.

This group would be a lot funnier to watch and more exciting.

You can get younger and keep cap space this year and next as well.
Maybe just maybe if Howard is not part of a sign and trade and he sees the talent that is in Boston maybe he will come. That way he misses the growth of the younger guys and benefits from their experience.

Oddly enough, I think Doc is trying to work the younger players in.

Bradley got minutes for the first 10 games.  I think perhaps Moore will get a similar shot.

There are too many bigs ahead of J3, though, and I'm not sure I'd clear the decks to move him up the depth chart or play him ahead of KG, Bass, or Wilcox at the 4.

Wow.  So you want to trade away all the CAP flexibility we have coming to us at the end of the year for some "Younger talent" that really isnt going to be very good because KG has about 50 games left in his career and Ray is turning 37 and a free agent?

We might see more of Moore but I dont think we will be seeing much of JJJ unless there is an injury. I can see why Doc gave Bradley big minutes at the beginning of the season, he knew the offense had been here a full year and without much training camp its a smarter move. Now that they've had some time to practice and get accustomed to the team I could see Moore getting Bradleys minutes, especially if the reports are true that he has moved above Bradley in practice.

agree and I actually think doc has done a good job with minutes for everyone considering short training camp or no camp for PP, injuries etc
he basically gave bradley the minutes with the theory "its your job to loose"...guess he lost it , will jermaine do the same  ::)

Cap flexibility won't help you unless you can back fill adequate replacements. I don't mean getting back KGs and Ray Allens capability because it is not possible to replace that. We are pretty much resigned to the fact that we are going to step back if not later this season, certainly next year. We may not have what it takes to draw in the Dwight Howards and Chris Pauls of this world. Ainge will have to inquire about the availability of 2nd tier stars like Al Jefferson, Teyshaun Prince, one of the Chicago bigs, for help. He needs to decide if it is worth bidding for Jeff Green's services.

So Doc will have to get as much productivity as he can out of his existing staffers to create trade value for Danny.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

Maybe you do, but it's certainly not "everyone".
