It also reduces the exposure of other players on the team, particularly injury prone ones like Daniels and Pietrus, again increasing our chances to have much needed fresh legs later in the year. I love what I've seen out of GH's defense against top 2s. He'd be a solid upgrade to our bench at SG -- don't see much question there. Always find in interesting when some feel we'd be giving up too much, some feel it wouldn't be enough..... a 'king's ransom' vs. 'a pile of spare parts and unremarkable picks'.....I wasn't talking about what the Celtics are giving up in the trade.Just that there aren't enough minutes available for G.Henderson to make much of a difference to the C's chances this season. It's a bad spot for him ... being caught behind Ray Allen.Tough to make a (large) difference when you're only playing 12-15mpg. Agreed. Acquiring a talented combo guard who could play 20-25mpg backing up Rondo and Ray would make more of a difference. Some-one who could replace the Dooling/Daniels role and fill out the 9-man rotation with Pietrus, Bass and Wilcox (with Stiemsma, Daniels and Dooling available for situational minutes).
