I don't think he's used to playing on a team that plays the way the Celtics do.  That is, sharing the ball, competing every night, not giving up on any possession, etc.

At times he looks lost out there because he seems to expect his teammates to act differently than they do (e.g. when they pass him the ball inside instead of just shooting it).
agree, i think it'll take him some getting used to, all we need him to do is play defense and work the boards, rondo will get him some easy shots when he is in there anyways
if he can accept his role on team and settle into celtics mindset, defense and do your job (picks & rebound) he will be fine, as of now he's behind "steamer" , jermaine and kg at center spot
still very early in season

He does look out of shape but he is young enouhg to play himself back in it (similar to sheed...he even looks like sheed a little).

Maybe that is why he got injured. They guy was chiseled when he was younger. Looks a little soft right now.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Can't say. It's 6 games into the season and he missed 3 and played 1 coming back from injury. I thought he looked okay before he was hurt. I'll get back to you in another 6-10 games.

Everyone please read this.
Consider each players circumstances before writing them off.
6 games in for gods sake.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Wait until his shoulder is right.

It wouldnt be that fun playing basketball and rebounding with a semi dodgy shoulder.

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck was chris bosh?
