I give him until the end of the season and then I will make my final judgement (for Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers).

Still gotta believe in the old horse in this last race to the winners circle. So far he is 8 lengths behind at 5 furlong pole of a 6 furlong race. Paul Pierce is 12 lengths behind. Rondo is in the lead. Ray Allen and Brandon Bass are running neck and neck in second. Micheal Pietrus broke out the gate late but is charging hard. Keyon Dooling is racing steady. Jermaine O'Neal is 12 lengths back and Marquis Daniels is the trailer.

This is the Q calling the race from Sucker Downs.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

KG is average. He is no longer the "KG." He is probably a starter-level player still, but not anyone who can hang with the better power forwards in the league.

It's funny but while watching last night i was saying to myself over and over that KG looked really good.  Actually, the last few games I have seen a livelier KG.  Last night he played Dirk very well, he was aggressive, he ran well. I even thought he jumped well last night.    Dirk's late game heroics aside, I would have said KG outplayed him.

Give me last night's KG for 32 minutes a game and I'll take that over most starting power forwards in the league.  Top 10.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
That's what I meant by getting a tiny bit better. He's been looking a bit more and more like he's getting his legs under him. He's not 100% back by any means but it looks like he's improving.

I don“t understand, KG is not done, the problem is the Celtics' bench, not KG.
