  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I'd rather have Westbrook, Harden.

No-one in their right mind will ever give up Westbrook _and_ Harden for Rondo.

I'd do that in a second, but why would OKC trade Harden and Westbrook for Rondo? That's robbery.

I'm more in favor of raiding Atlanta than OKC. But they aren't parting with any of their core players anytime soon. I wonder why they let Crawford get away.

Rondo for Harden and Westbrook? I don't see OKC doing that.

I think I am one of the few Celtics fans who does not want to trade Rajon Rondo.  I love the guy. Westbrook is a headcase who is not nearly as good as Rondo.

Agreed, but he's not better than Westbrook + Harden.

Agreed. I think Rondo/Westbrook are on the same 'tier', with Rondo being slightly above in terms of talent (but not potential), and a better fit for us now than Westbrook.

But Harden+Westbrook for Rondo is a no-brainer.

  • Rondo = Good
why the heck would the Thunder break up their core when they are poised to be the best team in the West for years to come?  I don't buy this Westbrook-altercation stuff.  all I've read about the Thunder for the past few years is how amazing their chemistry is.  Presti has worked hard to put together a group that fits together and has the right attitude about things, and I don't think he has any interest in making a major change.

OCK gets Rondo
so we get back a shoot-first pg, Toine-like (except athletic) PF and back up SF for our pass-first PG (who's now looking like an improved shooter) and our end-of-the-road PF.  I think it's a small improvement but kills chemistry for the C's.

OKC gets royally screwed and Atlanta makes out except now they have the problem of JJ and Harden both at SG.

Not seeing the point to this one.
