Sixers absolutely dominating the Raptors.  Gonna go to 5-2 on the season.  Sixers, Pacers up there with Hawks and Magic for this regular season.  I think all four of those teams are likely to finish with better records than the Celtics, along with the Bulls and Heat.

Yes, that means Celtics and Knicks might be 7th / 8th seeds.
Ouch. But yea those young teams will all have solid records. Question is in crunch time(the playoffs), will they have the pose to win? Who knows.

In the playoffs, I still think the Celtics will be better than the Sixers, Pacers, and Magic, and probably better than the Hawks and Knicks.

But the Celtics might not get to play any of those teams because they'll be a low seed and will square off with Chicago or Miami in the first round.

Once again I have to draw a parallel between this season for the Celtics and the 2008-2009 season for the Detroit Pistons.  Very similar situation for each team, and quite likely a similar finish (7th / 8th seed, 1st round exit to a top seed).

Ever since last year's ECF the Bulls have look vulnerable to me. I think we could take them in a seven game series.

If you want to judge CHI based on their last playoff series last year, then what about our last playoff series?

everything will balance itself out talent wise IMO as the season goes on...remember last year when the hornets started 8-0 and everyone was all excitede?? too early in the season to predict where teams will end up...I dont see the 76rs, pacers, magic, hawks keeping up this pace

just like I dont believe that the Nuggets will finish with a higher seed than the lakers/mavericks

I can see the pacers and sixers keeping it up, they are very good teams. The Nuggets, Magic, and Hawks however I agree with you on, they won't keep it up.

I dont know, the pacers havent looked that special to me IMO...sure they beat the celtics..but that had more to do with superior rebounding. they shot just as bad as the celtics. but all those 2nd chance opportunities made up for the difference.

I do think theyll be better than the #8 seed they were last year.

I put them at the 5 seed. A streak here and there will make the difference concerning seeding.

I've always liked Danny Green. Great game last night against the Denver Nuggets.

I thought he was a really good draft pick by the Cavs in the second round a few years ago. It's nice to finally see him get a chance to play with the San Antonio Spurs.

His shot is looking really good. Still playing plus defense and is a solid rebounder. Solid role player.

i think most people recognized the hornets were playing above themselves at the start of last season.  still, they made the playoffs and took the Lakers to 6 games, which was impressive considering their personnel.

And Dwight Howard goes to the bench in foul trouble inside of two minutes. Lovely.

Great, now we get to see BBD do his thing against Cousins. Oh well.

Green's been a binky of mine since his Carolina days.  I'm honestly surprised it took him so long to find a role.  Another smart pickup by SA.

I hope Tyreke will be okay. That looked painful (landed on his ankle).

WOW - look at Glen Big Baby Davis:

20 pts, 6 rebs and 2 assists thus far in 21 min so far.

Go get it, ya Big Baby! I wish the best for that man.
