I've always thought Azubuike would be a perfect fit for the C's (when healthy).  I know that he had his surgery re-done in March of 2011, and on his twitter account he said rehab was going really well in June.  Since we almost dealt for a guy coming off of ACL surgery in April, why not take a shot and stash Azubuike with the 15th roster spot (paying him the minimum).  Who knows, maybe he's 100% by February and we have Ray's backup at the 2-spot.  I also think his chemistry with Rondo would be amazing, considering that they played together at Kentucky.

Agreed.  He did mention that his knee felt a lot different (meaning better) than the first time around, so hopefully that means he could be ready in a few months if not sooner.

Good point about the Kentucky connection.

But I think that 15th spot is for a big man, and competition between the 4 big man being invited to camp will determine who gets it.
