Doubt we'll pick him up... He'll probably go to the Lakers or Mavs.  Which ever one Billups doesn't go to after he gets bought out.

Edit: Just heard the Marc Spears report that Billups won't be waived.  I'm expecting Davis to go to the Heat.

Fine with me.  I've got no issues with Uncle BoDy Fat going to the Heat or the Knicks.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

If he goes to the Knicks, I'm not too worried.  He and Bibby will get blown away by Rondo.

If he goes to the Heat, I think that's more problematic in that he spreads the court for Wade and Bron to roam and drive to the hoop.

Marc Spears is reporting that BD is out "several weeks" with a back injury.

Yea, 8-10 weeks, it sounds bad. He should retire imo.

Sorry to hear this about him, but glad in the sense that it makes it less likely he goes to Miami. I could see him ending up in several places. Knicks, Pistons, Mavs, among others...

Celtics fan for life.

Herniated disk is what is being reported.

Quote
Baron Davis' agent Todd Ramasar tells Y! Sports his client has a serious herniated disk injury and will be out 8-10 weeks minimum.

I remember a few years ago around this place when people were actually advocating (strongly) for the Celtics to trade Pierce for Davis...  ::)

Hope so, I'd really like to see B-Diddy under Mike D'Antoni. Fun mix.

I could totally see him going to the Knicks. And would like that a lot if hes healthy to be honest.
