http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pqcqDPAHiI&feature=channel_video_titleBass knows his limits...
...knows he has to work hard being undersized (and actually realizes he's undersized)
...respects and embraces our culture and our HOF'ers (unlike Chris Paul, which is the main reason I'm really not into the idea of getting him for Rondo)
Reminds me of Perk. Although Perk really took it to another level when he worked back from his injury last season. Tough, hard nosed, focused glue guy. Perhaps what we need to push us over the edge? (Aside from the intangibles, I'd bet that his production would go up per 36, too, since he won't have to share it with Dwight Howard).
Obviously compared to Glen Davis at this point, most anybody's a good locker room presence but Bass seems like a heck of a hard worker.
E'Twaun Moore (

Smooge getting crazy props from Doc is inspiring. He's like Bass in that he's physically under average and that he works hell'a hard to overcome that.
These guys may not be the best in business but I can't say Nate, washed-up and beat-up 39 year old Shaq, Marquis Daniels...were either. Yet with those guys, we were the team to beat. I remember our chemistry was unmatched and we could have steamrolled any other team. I hope we get that Celtic brotherhood back with these pickups.
edit: More on Moore (and Bass)
“E’Twaun was one of the best players in the gym today, forget being a rookie,” said Rivers. “You all didn’t see the two scrimmages, but the white (team) won both scrimmages and he carried the games. He made the game-winning shot in the second one and just really ran the show in the first one.”
Interestingly enough, Moore isn’t the only second-round pick that joined the team today. Bass was also chosen in the second round, 33rd overall, out of LSU by the New Orleans Hornets. He has since worked himself into a player the Celtics now view as a critical piece to their season, and he thinks Moore can eventually do the same if he puts in the time.
“I did things that I knew other players didn’t want to do and I knew I didn’t even really want to do,” Bass said, explaining how he turned himself into the player that he is now. “Just working extra hard, putting extra time in the gym, and making basketball your life.”http://www.nba.com/celtics/news/sidebar/121211-trio-new-celtics.htmlVery promising stuff. Again, very impressed with Moore and Bass.
