We cruched NYC last year in the playoffs. Rondo got hurt too and we had nothing at center. We are one year older but our chances are as good as they was last year in my opinion. Battier isn't going to help MIA that much, they only have one ball to pass around and same is true of NYC. Bulls may radically alter their team with Howard. I think Bass and Wilcox give us energy guys we have lacked the past and inside nosed players.
I am always excited at the start of a season. They still have to play the games folks. I personally welcome when the fairweather fans leave the team....
I stayed with them since 78. I don't plan on leaving them. I bought NBA pass with Pitino's horrible teams and the last few good years. I love this team.
Sounds like we have been fans for around the same amount of time and I'm not going anywhere. I think Danny has done much better than I expected he could as long as he gets a big to play when JO is out. I think rondohondo was just saying that he has had enough of the....Wow! Look what DA is up to now (CP3) and then Holy S&*%! how did DA even think of this option (Da.West) and having that all come crashing back to earth when those things fail. I personally am just ready for the games to start.
