So what's the team look like now?

JO / Wilcox
KG / Bass / JJ
Pierce / Green
Ray / Marquis / Bradley / Moore
Rondo / Dooling

So, target a third string center next, and keep an open roster spot?  Or sign a combo guard?  Or, trade for an elite superstar PG?

I'M THE SILVERBACK GORILLA IN THIS MOTHER... AND DON'T NONE OF YA'LL EVER FORGET IT!

KP / Giannis / Turkuglu / Jrue / Curry
Sabonis / Brand / A. Thompson / Oladipo / Brunson
Jordan / Bowen

Redshirt:  Cooper Flagg

save the $$$$$$ for a quality center. JO's health is always a question and we need a solid guy to anchor the defense and to REBOUND !!

Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:

So is Danny thinking of this guy as J.O.'s backup or depth as a third string center? Wouldnt mind either. What do we do with the min MLE? Another big?

Wilcox has never had a good year

His seasons for Seattle he was averaging about 14 points 8 boards. I would say that's pretty good. I don't expect him to get that off the bench but 8 and 5 is likely.

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Wow, for vet min? That's a little surprising to me.

Dooling for the TE
Wilcox for vet min
Daniels for vet min
S&T Davis for Bass

That's some very good work by Ainge so far.

Yep.  Very good work, and he hasn't had to touch the MMLE yet.

And we still have Green, either to resign him or to sign & trade him for someone else!

More about Wilcox from Scott Souza : "Doc Rivers : Chris Wilcox was guy we targeted. Can run floor with Rajon Rondo."

Finally.  I've been wanting Wilcox for Rondo since we drafted him.  Wilcox runs the floor as well as any big I've ever watched.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

I'm thinking they'll go for another wingman and have Green spend time at the 4. Rip Hamilton, maybe?

Gilbert Brown will probably make the roster as a third string SF. That leaves one spot left.. Delonte?

Half right. Gilbert Brown will be signed to backup green. But i think Delonte days as a celtic are finished.

The last and final spot will be a center a 3rd string one.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I think he's going after Rip Hamilton, Rip and Wilcox are good buddies.

Don't be surprised to see Rip sign here or Chicago.
No one else can afford Rip- other than the Mavs who got rid of Butler.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
