I don't really understand why he'd be furious.  He had to know that the trade was a terrible one for the Hornets in comparison to the reported Celtics deal, given the circumstances.  And, given those same circumstances, he had to know that the league wasn't going to want to put the Hornets in such a poor financial situation while trying to find a buyer for it.

I really don't know whats going to come of this.. What if he is stuck there for 66 games but mid-season tears his knee up? I mean a lot comes of this. If Some other teams swoops in and takes him and he doesn't want any part of that. I will say this is not good for the nba at all. Beacause LA brass will want every trade under a microscope from here on. This is really crazy. IDK if I want any part of this anymore as far as dealing for Chris Paul.. Idk where the Celtics go from here either because they are clearly looking to move Rondo and didn't close the door on a deal and now he comes into camp and thats all that he will get a chance to answer to. IDK! So crazy!!!
