Screw this guy, first he wanted to be a Knick, now he's dyeing to play for the Lakers? Forget him and move on.

Good luck with those legal options. No court in the land is going to override the action of a business owner.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Gotta love how these guys are bickering over making millions while the majority of the country scratches by to make end's meat.

Do people just ignore the way contracts work?

You are a contracted employee, a member of a union who collectively bargain for the rules and the people who own your club vetoed your trade.

Shut up and play basketball for Christ sake.

Well, I was a fan that was panning for him to come to Boston - even on the one-yr rental.

Thank God it didn't happen. He is immensely talented, but he seems like a spoiled child here.

Rondo may have his quirks, but I'm glad we still have him.

Sorry, Rondo.

Not that I care about CP3 and any legal action, but did the players re-form the union? If so, wouldn't that prevent him from taking any legal action in a situation like this?

Chris Paul getting mad at the NBA is like Allen IVerson being mad at Wyc Groesbeck for not signing him.

NBA owns the Hornets.  They didn't like the garbage trade their GM presented to them.  End of story.

Boo hoo. I'm tired of millionaires wanting to form super teams with their buddies. I'm tired of men getting paid millions to play a game while people struggle to make a living.

I'd be furious in his spot too, you're told you are to be traded its a done deal and then the league kills the deal. That's bound to anger a player, any player.

I wouldn't be furious. At all.

I'd go to sleep knowing that I was still a multi-millionaire getting paid to work/play the game I love.

If KG and Ray could use their best years trying to make Minny/SEA better - then why can't CP3 stick around in NOH for a bit.

Just my take.

Several GM's were lauding the haul of players and the draft pick that Demps was able to get back for Chris Paul in the deal. Now what?

Some people seem to think that Odom, Martin, Scola, Dragic, and a 1st rounder for Chris Paul was a pretty good return.

Its not just the trade not happening, but the way it happened, how the league blocked it after his boss said it was going to happen.

So if you're paid millions you'd be okay with whatever your work conditions are, wherever you have to work? I don't believe that's true, but whatever floats your boat.
