I wouldn't mind him as our 3rd center. He can deliver hard hits when needed.

sure 7 footer 280

we need buckets too

and his block per is .03

is that even a half a block per game?

naw..

Are we in the stone age still?

Blocks =/= defense.

Overall, Fesenko allowed .71 points per possession. He's not the greatest deep post defender, but he's far from a scrub in that regard.

Block equal sigh sandwich defense?

 ;D
Haha, I see what you did there :p

Big, likable oaf.  A nice third-stringer.  Much  better than Semih, IMHO.

He's always been on my list if guys like Kwame Brown and Sammy Dalembert are out of our price range (which they seem to be).

Nothing against Fesenko, but who aren't the Celtics interested in at this point? I almost feel like the only ones being reported are the ones that just happened to be leaked.

I'm not particularly sure why, but the more I think about it I really really want Kyrylo on the Celtics. It's hard not to just love the guy.

seems like a likable guy in that little clip, but I do think he's just a big body.  I'd rather get a big body with some skill if possible lol

If youthful size like that is available for the vet min we could do a lot worse. More than ever we are going to need bodies to fill minutes and save these old codgers for one last all out playoffs run.

Ainge should be kicking the tires on any big who is a better rebounder than Glen Davis and physically capable of playing 20 minutes per game.

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Big body. Hard fouler. Good 3rd stringer. For the minimum, I'd say go for it.

  • Winning with dignity = Celtics
I like the guy, he's big and seems to be just a little bit slicker than ole Vitaly in the post, and I don't remember the Ukraine Train dunking that much (I could be wrong)...one thing we lack is a true big man with size, and Fesenko seems like he would be a good fit.

I say make it happen Danny!  ;D
If you don't understand, it's because you're not a Celtics fan - achieving the highest level and doing it with dignity is something not everyone has figured out!

Vitaly was horrible.  Stone hands, could not rebound, slow feet don't know if I want to go near anyone who reminds me of those dark days.

Should we call this the Semih Erden lowlights mix?  If Fesenko played Erden every night, he might triple his 2 points per game averages.

Don't judge talent by youtube videos.  For instance, youtube can make Scal look like Larry:
