Hey all.  Sorry for the missed PM's, i will respond shortly.  I was checking periodically for a while but then fell off for the past week or so.

As always, i'm up to discuss my roster.  I don't really anticipate making any deals right now but i'm always all-ears.

My initial reaction was bad deal for KW, and in the short term, I think it hurts a bit.  In the long run, though, it's all going to come down to whether last year was a fluke or not.  If so, KW got JJ-level production while shaving five years off his age, with the cost being Al Harrington.

I like it for Kwhit. Basically he gave up Aaron Brooks and Budinger for Dorell Wright.

This will hurt me a bit in the short team yes I know, but I'm banking on Wright continuing his production with the Warriors.  I like how he contributes in all categories and is 5 years younger than JJ.  Foye somewhat replaces Harrington's production (save a few rebounds) albeit I do lose his C eligibility.

But seeing how I fared last year, I felt this will help with the other moves I've made to be more competitive in the following years.

I've traded him twice in the past year.

Reggie Williams is playing in Spain, right? I don't know if he'll come back to NBA. His Spanish team is paying him more than GSW (they pay his income tax too so it is tax free as far as he is concerned), free housing and use of car. But his buyout is only a million dollars..so who knows, he may be back.

Yeah given that we don't know if there's even going to be a season these were probably both ill-advised... I'd talked myself out of both over dinner last night and caved this morning.

I'm always hesitant to reveal my reasoning for cutting or inflating the value of guys i might later deal, but i'm clearly hedging here.

Thanks for the trade GC, TP.  I think Williams easily has the better potential and is younger, and I would be shocked if he doesn't come back when the lockout ends, like most NBA players. I like Williams but did the trade because I needed another big man, and Bonner fills both the PF and C spots and has decent production, and especially helps out with 3 pointers.
