This is my new project, as I am sure most of us think we are better cookers than we are I will open this new window of sharing.
For all of us at least image the other talents ( as I learned in life food is not as good as it loooks) but its always nice to share adventures, sincerity will be hardly appreciatted

Saludos

Looks like pork...  tenderloin? ... with potato salad.  I can't tell on the garnish / sauce for the pork, though.

Looks like an apple/raisin sauce, (which would go well with pork tenderloin). (?)

There's not a whole lot of time between when I cook something and when I eat something to be taking pictures.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

TP to you Edgar for a nice thread idea.  I love to cook myself and think that I have managed to pick up some tricks from my chef friends.  I do not have pics to share at this time but I plan on participating in this thread.  Your food does look very tastey and has made me hungry!
