Question:  is it safe to assume that our bars would be able to have some of the other type of liquors in them that have already been chosen even if we don't draft them?

Or am I going to be stuck with cherry brandy & Pimms if I hold out too long?

You're limited to the beverages you select.

On one hand you'd have a disadvantage to most bars who're capable of serving whatever drinks they'd like, on the other hand, you have Tom Waits.

If i had my choice between a bar with every drink possible, and the one that has Andre the Giant working the door, I'll take the latter ten out of ten.
