One of my other possiblities was naming it The Casbah.

If in Boston it has the bah as a play on possibly bar (casbar).  Also the one time per night that Rock the Casbah was played everyone would get a free shot

Like for instances, I thought about naming a bar 'The Polar Bear Club' once, because of the ritual of diving into holes in the ice for charity during the winter where I live.

But, turns out its this whole other thing too.

Yep, part of the allure of 17+ was the double entendre...but I decided to go in another direction.

La Casbah actually means 'The Gathering Place' in Moroccan. I know so, because its my favorite bar from the town I just moved from.
