This is a temporary place for the Free Agency of the next day to take place. It can get kinda messy, so I wanted it to be as easy to follow as possible.
Rule: Every team gets a maximum of 2 added players. You get 1 from 12:01AM tonight until Noon tomorrow, and one from 12:01PM tomorrow and 12:00AM tomorrow night.
Rule 2: If you already have 13 guys you MUST release one when you add one. A team cannot add a free agent if they already have 13 guys.
Rule 3: The only exception to the rule is that you can release a guy as often as you want. If by some unholy reasons you currently have a 15 man roster, you can release guys to get down to 13 as many as you want. BUT YOU CAN ONLY ADD GUYS TWICE, ONCE in the first session, and AGAIN in the second session.
When you make a transaction, you do so like this:

Releasing: Marcus Banks
Adding: Oriene Greene
If you're releasing no-one, you put it like this:
(team name)
Releasing: N/A
Adding: Antoine Walker
If you're adding no-one, you do it like this:
(team name)
Releasing: Will Solomon
Adding: N/A
