Usually, I find the urge to hate Lebron over anything and everything annoying, but yeah, I find this quite hatable. Look, some of you folks are claiming that he didn't see the kid. You have to know that's bull. The kid was standing there long enough to be seen unless he was invisible, which the camera suggests he wasn't. But, what is more annoying is the way Lebron walks away with the kid lying stretched out, possibly hurt, on the floor, obviously not giving a crap, and then, to make it worse, comes back to make a big fake show of helping him up.
It's the ugly side of sports; egomaniacs without any sense of proportion at all, running around, being catered to by everybody. I'm sure everyone of us has seen this same phenomenon at our high schools and colleges; some 'blue chip' kid acting like a prize jerk and being catered to all the same. When the cheers stop and Lebron has to think about actually growing up some, it may be painful as hell for him.
