He actually gave the kid his used shoes... So, as much as I despise LBJ, that's a cool thing to do.
And on the plus side - He made the kid a 15 minute star.

lol at his broken jumper not falling so he jets to the basket to dunk showing the kids that u dont have to have a jumper and can barrel over the defender for buckets where was this aggressiveness and competitive fire vs the mavs???

Actualy in this instance i do love Lebron James, its clearly an accident and everyone is laughing at the fact the kid nor lebrong saw the other person going near the hole.

Regardless of what reason Lebron James is doing these camps (most likely marketing value) such an experience (basketball camp with Lebron) useually is something kids will talk about for years to come.

Thumbs up from me to Lebron, keep making stuff good stuff happen for the kids, that cant ever be bad.

I want to hate LeBron as much as the next guy, but how can you hate a guy after watching him play with kids?  Even if he's a prick, that's still super cool in my book.

This reminds me of a few years back when Lebron got DUNKED ON at his camp and I believe his entourage was instructed to confiscate all video evidence.  I guess he wanted his revenge.

Usually, I find the urge to hate Lebron over anything and everything annoying, but yeah, I find this quite hatable.  Look, some of you folks are claiming that he didn't see the kid.  You have to know that's bull.  The kid was standing there long enough to be seen unless he was invisible, which the camera suggests he wasn't.   But, what is more annoying is the way Lebron walks away with the kid lying stretched out, possibly hurt, on the floor, obviously not giving a crap, and then, to make it worse,  comes back to make a big fake show of helping him up. 

It's the ugly side of sports;  egomaniacs without any sense of proportion at all, running around, being catered to by everybody.  I'm sure everyone of us has seen this same phenomenon at our high schools and colleges;  some 'blue chip' kid acting like  a prize jerk and being catered to all the same.  When the cheers stop and Lebron has to think about actually growing up some, it may be painful as hell for him.
