Can we get a ruling on international players? Or players who are rumored to be going across the sea?
I think players like N.Krstic + S.Weems should be considered unavailable for the duration of their international contracts.

And players like Deron Williams who are clearly returning the minute the lockout ends should be considered fully available.

That strikes me as the right approach. And anyway Krstic and Weems very likely would've gone undrafted in a twenty-four team league.

What if Deron Williams is swept away by Turkey and never returns?

I've been in the top ten the last two years.  So the last pick doesn't bother me.  If I wasn't in the top ten I'd rather be at the end.  Plus it will make me have a different strategy.

Good luck everyone

I will also trade my 1st round pick for your 2nd and 3rd round pick.  ;) ;D

My vote goes for first round trades allowed, they are so valuable that not being able to trade up or down can throw off teams strategies and it would dampen the enjoyment of trying to stockpile picks.

I trust IP and Edgar though

While you're drawing up the rules, Commissioner Proceed, would you also announce your stance on the renaming and/or relocation of teams?

Having already had my fun mismanaging the Houston Rockets, aka "the Bosh, Joe Johnson, Monta second round flame out," I'd like to take over the otherwise dissolved Cleveland Cavaliers. We'd of course remain in the Southwest division - steady twenty-one hour bus rides will be good for team bonding.

That's fine. Cleveland Cavaliers are now in the Southwest division.

Could we go back to four divisions instead of six?

Since we have only 24 teams now instead of 30.

Atlantic division - Boston, Phily, New York, New Jersey, Orlando and Miami

Central division - Chicago, Detroit, Indiana, Milwaukee, Washington, and Atlanta

Pacific division - LA Lakers, Sacramento, Golden State, Phoenix, Portland and Oklahoma (Seattle)

Midwest Division - San Antonio, Dallas, Cleveland (Houston), Utah, Denver and Memphis

------------------------------------

Hang on, was that Houston that switched to Cleveland? Hmm ... ooh, and I only have 20 teams instead of 24. Knew something looked hinky.

Okay, back in working order now.

I'll do the same and mine is two picks sooner.

Yes, yes, took me awhile to notice that. I knew something wasn't right. My mistake.

Fixed.

Man, I kinda miss all the ridiculousness surrounding renaming your franchise. But then I remember I'm the Celtics and that no matter how funny y'all's names are, they still won't be better. ;D

Well no trades in the first round basically means Kings get Superman or The King.
