While you're drawing up the rules, Commissioner Proceed, would you also announce your stance on the renaming and/or relocation of teams?
Having already had my fun mismanaging the Houston Rockets, aka "the Bosh, Joe Johnson, Monta second round flame out," I'd like to take over the otherwise dissolved Cleveland Cavaliers. We'd of course remain in the Southwest division - steady twenty-one hour bus rides will be good for team bonding.
That's fine. Cleveland Cavaliers are now in the Southwest division.
Could we go back to four divisions instead of six?
Since we have only 24 teams now instead of 30.
Atlantic division - Boston, Phily, New York, New Jersey, Orlando and Miami
Central division - Chicago, Detroit, Indiana, Milwaukee, Washington, and Atlanta
Pacific division - LA Lakers, Sacramento, Golden State, Phoenix, Portland and Oklahoma
(Seattle)Midwest Division - San Antonio, Dallas, Cleveland
(Houston), Utah, Denver and Memphis

Hang on, was that Houston that switched to Cleveland? Hmm ... ooh, and I only have 20 teams instead of 24. Knew something looked hinky.
Okay, back in working order now.
