The fact that he's been playing with our 1st rounder, Jajuan Johnson, for 4 years. Well I think that's gonna help both kids to have each other to lean on. This has been a real interesting draft and really both picks make sense for us.
Round 1. We got bigger. And we needed the size. An athletic 6'10 kid who not only has a post game but also a jumpshot. Might need to get stronger obviously but he's got some upside.
Round 2. A combo guard. 6'4. Decent jumpshot but more importantly he's supposed to be a solid defender. Good leadership skills and intangibles. Could be a player for us, in the mold of perhaps Tony Allen but with a better jumpshot.
