I can't believe what Kahn is doing... He SOLD the 31st pick! After moving down from the 20th. I would probably cry if this guy was our GM.

Regarding Johnson, we need bodies right now. No one expected Erden to play last year but he definately contributed... we'll see.
Who did he sell it too?  What a clown!!!!!

Sold it to New Jersey, according to Woj.

Anyone know anything about Johnson though? Hearing lots of conflicting stuff on the kind of player he is. I've heard that he's either a great faceup offensive player and a mediocre defender, but I've also heard that he's a defense-first big. Anyone want to clarify?

Marshon Brooks offensive game is so similar to Reggie Lewis' offensive its not even funny.  [dang] it Danny!  Should have held onto him.  He fell in your lap!

except Lewis was taller, longer, and played great defense.
6'7 vs 6'5 and Lewis did not play D at Northeasterm

Brooks is no better than Von Wafer, and Wafer knows our system already.
Please.  Thats just a ridiculous statement with no merit.

Can you guys give me info on him?
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

I think it's a fair evaluation, we're talking about a late 1st rounder in a historically weak draft, but to each his own.

Very disappointed not to get T.Honeycutt.

Honeycutt was available at the C's pick and stayed available until #35.

Yeah, this is what I meant about conflicting reports... NBAdraft only gave him a 7 for defense and says he'll get pushed around in the post. But the guy WAS Big 10 defensive player of the year for a reason.. right?

What kind of merit do you have behind your statement, saying that Brooks is similar to Reggie Lewis?

So you just get to make comparisons between players, but others don't.

Brooks is going to be a career D-Leaguer.

In case some missed it. This gives some good insight on Johnson and what kind of player he is. I'd have to say not a bad pick at all and could be a great role player in the future if he keeps improving.

Me too he was one of the few guys in this draft that I actually liked.

I think JuJuan Johnson is a solid pick though.

Brooks could be good, but I'm kind of relieved we traded him.

There goes Tyler.  Smart pick by Charlotte.  They'll get him on a minimum contract and can give him time to develop.

4 years of watching Lewis play at Northeastern and 4 years watching Brooks play at PC.  Thats my merit brother.
