Is this trade realistic? If so, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I think Monta Ellis is a younger, better version of Ray.

What do you think?

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Golden State hangs up on us and doesn't accept anymore of our calls.

There's talk that they have a chance to get Iggy back for Monta - no way they settle for a move like this.
2021 Houston Rockets
PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

How about Jeff Green and BBD for Dorell Wright and David Lee?

Davis can play C on that small team. And bring some sort of championship/vet exp to Marc Jackson's new team. Green gets to start too. And I read somewhere Monta Ellis has issues with DLee too.

Wright could be an efficient 3 point threat, scorer and defender at SF/SG behind Pierce. Draft Marshon Brooks, and DLee becomes 6th man PF/C
Can't stop, Rondo!

I'm pretty sure that trade wouldn't be allowed under current rules due to base year compensation.

Realistic? NO.

Unless any trade is going for that purpose, Ray isn't going anywhere.

Monta Ellis is a punk who couldn't hold Ray's jock strap.

The C's do not need punks.
