I'm not eager to trade any of the Big Four, at all, but I'm least enamored of Ray Ray.   It seemed to me that Allen's shooting became a lot worse after he broke Miller's record for threes.  I also didn't like the way he tried to arrange things so that he broke the record at the Garden.  I'm just not sure he's as unselfishly team-oriented as he comes off as being.

Wait, what? Besides the fact that he had a career year this year, Ray didn't try and arrange things to break the record at The Garden...

If we could swing a trade with Ray and Rudy Gay as the two main centerpieces, I would do something. Other than that, I don't see anything that's currently enticing and realistic.

I'm actually a Lightning fan.  Living in Tampa, hockey is honestly the best ticket in town.  The venue is great, location is great, and it is air conditioned! (compare that with Buccaneer tickets :-X)

I never got into hockey growing up in New England, and I only had time for the Celtics, so Bruins never stuck with me.

From what I've watched of the series, the Lightning do a better job of slashing to the net, passing back, and cutting to get good shots. Its definitely become a great series.

Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett should retire with Boston Celtics.
None should be traded.

All great shooters spread the floor, but nobody does it better than Ray. He is the guy the defense has to stay attached to more than any other. He runs and runs and runs, moving without the ball constantly. Teams game plan as much for him as any other player on the Celtics.

We need Ray, especially at his $10M salary. If you look at what other elite shooters make, he is a bargain considering he is the best.

If we were to move him, it should have been at the deadline last year when he was making significantly more ($20+ million). Ainge stuck with Ray then and I don't see that changing now.

Rondo is the only one of the Big Three Plus One I can envision being moved, but even that seems unlikely unless CP3 really wants out of NO.
