I think there's a logical attachment to Rondo. He's an incredible talent, whose an absolute delight to watch. Just attempting to play after what happened to his elbow was heroic, I don't have the vocabulary to properly describe what it was for him to play two more games afterwards.
But we're talking about Chris Paul here - 22 points per game on 52% from the field, 11.5 assists, 6.7 rbg against the Lakers when the second best player on his team is Emeka Okafor.
He's a once in a generation point guard who would help us extend the big three era, and make us a more attractive option in free agency. Argue that he wouldn't come here, argue that his injuries scare you, but please don't argue that he couldn't help this team.
