Oddly enough this is a tough decision for me...

On one hand I want LA to come back so we can get revenge and we can be the ones sweeping  them, but on the other hand I want LA to lose because I want them to have zero shot at tieing us in titles and I usally love seeing LA get crushed.

Also I like Dirk so I don't want to see him pull off the biggest choke in NBA history so basically I'm just indifferent and don't care what happens as long as the C's win... But a rematch over LA would be just so so good.

For me, I felt Boston got their revenge in Game 1 during the regular season - where we beat them in LA 109-96. Boston played well that game, with Paul, Ray and KG combining for 71 pts. Rondo had 16 assists, too.

That was Perk's 2nd game back..he and Shaq played and I think had an impact on the game.

I felt that was a measure of revenge for Perk as well.

He got his Game 7 back.

At this point, I will not feel bad in any way if DAL can slam the door on LA on Sunday. None whatsoever.

I am pulling for Dallas to win the series but I'd like six or seven games instead of a sweep.

Enjoying those games too much. I don't want the series to end so quickly. Not as excited about the other teams in the West (Memphis, Oklahoma). Hoping Dallas wins the West.

No predicament here.  I want the Lakers to lose, and it doesn't matter when or how it happens.

A true Celtics fan roots for the Celtics and whoever is playing the Lakers.

It'd be sweet if the Mavericks can sweep the Lakers, just hopefully the Celtics come back, obviously Celtics fate is more imporant.

I want the Celtics to win above all else, but I want the Mavs to stomp all over the Lakers.  That series has been a joy to watch.

I never was into the "we want a rematch!" thing, because I always want the Lakers to fail as early and utterly as possible.  I don't want them to be 2nd to us, I want them to be 30th to us.

Especially if the stakes to a rematch were the all-time lead in franchise titles.  Yeah, let's keep them as far away from that as possible.

My sentiments exactly! Crush them and bleed all basketball life from them!

Strangely I don't care about the Lakers. I stopped hating them at the end of last season when I transferred all my hate towards the league and the refs.

That being said I'd be happy if Dirk and the Mavs won the series because they've gotten some harsh criticisms and some crappy playoff exits over the years so this would be a nice win for them.

And of course go Celtics!

I like the way you put it Fairweather, but to me second is the first loser.

I want them to lose immediately. :) I'm tired of hearing the Laker fans saying, oh we still got this, we have the Black Mamba, blah blah blah. No, as soon as they lose, I want to hang out with people I know, in my C's jerseys, and just get stares, because they can't say ANYTHING. I'm going to enjoy my summer in LA.  :D

Oh, really? So there is no room for personal preference?

Such a frustrating argument.

If I hear once more "no team has ever come back from 3-0 in the NBA" I will scream.  It is a clear anti-jinx in favor of that despicable team on the West coast.

I rest not until the Lakers lose; and when they are champions, I am sickened for 12 months. They cannot lose fast enough for me.  No dilemma, no conundrum, no question -- Lakers lose as soon as possible -- always.
