I think the Lakers do even with going on the road.  The Heat are better then the Mavs, and sadly the Lakers are better then the Celtics.  And unlike the Celtics, the Lakers lost two very close games, the Celtics weren't close down the stretch in either game.

The Lakers lost Game 2 by more points (barely) than the Celtics lost. It was hardly a close game.

Yeah the Mavs pretty much blew it open in the 4th quarter in game 2, much like the Heat did to us.

This series proves the old saying "misery loves company"

It will help ease the pain if LA doesn't win it all.

wow, some votes for the Lakers?

I was going to go with 'neither' but the C's do have a chance.  they know they need to get one in Miami and still have 2 chances to do it.  it just would have been a lot less difficult if they achieved that goal in the first 2 games.

I think LA is cooked having lost the first 2 games with the next 2 in Dallas.  Dallas has looked very motivated this year.  I don't foresee a collapse.  If the Lakers get lucky, they'll lose in 6 instead of a sweep.

What is amazing is how similar the Lakers and Celtics have looked in the playoffs. Down two games though, I believe in the greatness of Pierce, Garnett, and Allen. I believe in the greatness of Kobe, but Odom and Gasol? Not so much.

Gimme a break, look man I hate them Fakers just as bad as you but they are the 2 time defending champs. They have some ball players on their team just like our team does. That being said, KG looks DONE. I do not believe in him at all right now, I hope I'm wrong. So its really Ray and Paul I belive in, KG is a shell of his former self and if you think otherwise you are a delusional homer.

I just wanted to add myself to the list of proud "delusional homer."

Not to toot my own horn, but...beep beep

Right now, I think we´ll see a Mavericks - Celtics finals.

That`s my answer
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Both are going to have a really tough time, but because the Lakers gave up home court twice over them.

Dallas better not mess around tonight.  If they lose tonight than game 4 becomes a must win and I think more pressure would be on them than the lakers.  No way they want to go back to LA tied.

Celtics...All I can say is that at least this is a little less embarrassing than losing to the Hornets, which I thought would happen.

In all honesty, no one knows, but whoever wins game 3 will at least have some chance, even if just a distant one.

Man I really wanted a rematch and redemption.

At least this robs LA of the possibility of #17 (for a tie, mind you) and Kobe of a tie with Jordan. I can't be unhappy about that.

All positives.  Now we can stalk worrying about that Lakers and get our house in order.

WE MUST WIN THIS NEXT GAME.  No excuses, no regrets, no once of sweat left in anyone wearing a green jersey including the fans in the arena or the ones @ home.  We need all hands on deck!!!

I'm just shocked at the Laker's predicament right now....just shocked. I know that DAL is a great team...but LA?

I thought this was the team that Dr. Buss stated was maybe his best team ever??

Umm...Dr. Buss - what about Mr. Skyhook, James Worthy, Magic, Byron Scott...Rick Fox, Nick Van Exel......Shaq??

But anyway I don't think I'll celebrate until our own team turn things around, though.

I have a feeling that by later tonight I'll start celebrating. ;D

C'mon C's let's do this!!
