He's not going to keep hitting threes like that. It'll even out a bit, and we've got this. I like that our players don't give up after one horrible quarter.

Keep at it chaps. We'll get them!

Can't wait for Rondo to get back in the game!

The Celtics look way better than at the start of the game.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

If Jones wasn't quite as hot and Paul Pierce had a better first quarter, this game would be closer.

Rondo was playing aggressively and he wasn't the guy turning over the ball, while the Celtics have had bad luck with balls going in and out, so this is the sort of game where you should feel they have a shot at coming back.

Good lineup for the Heat. You have to help on Wade and James. That's leaving Jones wide open everytime and he's making them pay. Smart move by their coach.

The thing is, the Heat have about 4 guys that can get hot doing that.  It's not enough to focus on Jones, we're gonna have to get used to running those shooters off all series.

Delonte is the worst player in our rotation, Von Wafer would be a major upgrade if he would be used

Yeah, unfortunately you're right.  I know we all have a soft spot for Delonte because he was drafted by us, he spent the first handful of years here, he's making a big return...but the fact of the matter is, he's been JUST as bad as Green, Davis, and Krstic, if not worse.

Both of you are crazy. He hit a big 3 and had a huge offensive putback. He is keeping us in the game.

I would have liked to have seen Rondo come back into the game when Miami went big on the perimeter.

Rondo can easily defend James Jones + defend him with foul trouble since Jones is another guy who isn't a threat to draw an additional foul on Rondo.

I'm so thrilled that we traded for Jeff Greene.....He stands around on offense and defense and watches everyone play. Ray is keeping us alive with his offense but turns right around on defense and digs his butt while Jones runs around the 3 point line.

Can we please get a call when we drive to the basket?

Is JO hurt?
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
