A testament to how good the bench has been: every single Celtic has a positive +/- (led by Baby's team-high +17), and every single Knick is in the negative.

This game still isn't over by any stretch though.  If we go into the second half expecting a walkover the Knicks could catch up to us fast.

We can't let them get it closer than 15.

Are you really worried a this point? they are averaging 19 points a quarter for the half. No billups, stoudamire playing with a bum back and landry fields breaking down his childhood in his head instead of taking shots.I think we got it covered....

Up 17 at halftime, looking good but still plenty of time left. Gotta make a run to start the 2nd half and kill their morale once and for all.

Very good first half with poor shooting games from Pierce and Ray, the bench has stepped up and Rondo is present as always!

Only worried about a Celtic let-down. Just last night, Dallas let a 23 point lead get away from them. But, honestly, I dont think NY has the talent, let alone the fight, to pull it off. Its on the Green to make sure it doenst happen.

I can live with it if they play this way against the Miami Hype Machine. But first, close the game in the 3rd and then give some minutes to Von, Troy and Sasha...

Philly successfully extends their series, which improves the chances of Shaq being more rested...if the big fella can give any kind of meaningful minutes in the Miami series, this bench will be in great shape.

Celtics +7 on the backboards at the half.

5 boards in 8 minutes from Krstic. 5 in 16 from BBD. 4 in 9 from Green. Nice.

5 rebounds in 11 minutes from Garnett. 4 boards apiece from Pierce and Ray in 18 and 20 minutes respectively. 3 boards from JO in 9 mins.

A week to gameplan and continue to get the bench up to speed. I'm fine with it.

You bet, jump on 'em right away.  Play the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half like it's the last 5 mniutes of the game and this one will be OVER.
