We better let the game be played, but Doc is messing with the rotation exactly as he did in the regular season, like he doesn't care about the Bricks. You never play Big Lazy at the 5 with Green at the 4 if you want to get rebounds, or something positive.

Doc, I love you, but stop messing with the rotation. Put the right player in the right position. And tell Baby he has to come ready off the bench, if he plays hard 1 out of every 3 possessions, he belongs to the NBDL.

By the way, refs jobbed Indy against "the best team in the league". Two fouls on Jeff Green were BS, and we could go on and on... ok, let's get this win.

Go Celtics!! Beat both Stern teams!!

Jeff Green and Krstic have given us nothing so far...and that includes the regular season games too.

I really like what I see out of Green when he's on the floor.  His real problem is that he just doesn't play a position of need for us right now.  Krstic is useless, but it might be better to have him out there instead of Davis....

what is it exactly that you like so much ??

he's tentative, gets pushed around underneath, doesn't protect the defensive boards and is soft, soft, soft.

if his "real" problem is that he doesn't fill a position of need for us, then why did we give up so much to get him ?

soft soft soft soft

Kristic is waste of roster spot. Doc River who usually has a short leash surprisingly hasn't pulled the plug on Kurly. Green is being held back by the Celtics. Coaches have yet to define his role. terrible job by Doc.

Can we just let this game play out before determining it to be a failure (like Sunday).  Bulls trailed both of their games late v. #8 seed Indiana.  Spurs lose to #8 seed.  Lakers lose to #7 seed.    C's are up 1-0 and down by 1 at the half in game 2.
Sky is neither bright nor falling.  Not enough data yet for a reliable forecast.

Yeah.  After last game I told myself I wasn't going to read the game thread. But I guess I'm a glutten for punishment.
It's the playoffs people.  It's not supposed to be easy.  Every single playoff game this season save one has been a tight affair.

At the end of the day the only stat that counts is the one in the W column.

Yes the bench isn't doing much, but for those who are trashing Jeff Green, he's got 3pts & 2rebs in 7 minutes. What do you expect him to do in 7 minutes? I'm not saying he's an All-Star, but what do you expect to do in those few minutes? He hasn't had anytime to find a rhythm. Pierce has 4pt 3reb and 1 asst in 19 minutes and is shootin just as poorly.

Baby's primarily struggling on defense.  Murph isn't the cure.

You know, the funny thing about Pig Baby is that before the series, he said it's easy to contain Amare.
