My desire for the Heat to lose is only relative to impact on the C's chances.  Heat now must play more minutes against Philly -- and that helps us.  If the Celtics don't win, I don't care about the Heat -- unless they play the Lakers, in which case I am a temporarily a Miami fan.

I know I am in the minority here, but I feel like I almost wanted the heat to lose as much as I wanted the celtics to win today. The heat have some psyche issues and I think them getting a sweep might have really helped them fire up their games and gain some confidence. Having to go back to Miami, not get the rest, may throw them off a lot. Also, obviously they are not in the same league us as age wise, but outside of their big three and chalmers they are a really old team. More bumps and bruises and can only help us!

You're not in the majority. I mean I don't know if I'd go so far as to say that I'd rather the Heat lose than the Celtics win (the Cs rest > the Heat's playing time), but I would LOVE this scrappy 76ers team to drag out this series as long as possible.

Anyone watching the Hawks game?

I just turned it on.  Crawford is destroying Orlando in this series.

He's lighting up their offense. Two great shooting guards on Atlanta seems a little redundant to me. Right now Crawford has more pts than Johnson in around the same playing time. If I'm correct Crawford wasn't signed to an Atlanta extension. I wonder where he'll go next season.

Pulling hard for Atlanta. I'd love to see them win this series.

I want to see Otis Smith punished for his poor mid-season trades. What a train wreck he has created.

I want him punished also for his "Celtics are fake tough" comments

Hilton Armstrong has no hopes of slowing down Howard. On the other hand, it's amazing how Crawford's jumpers have been falling this series. Playing (shooting) way over his head. That alone can decide the outcome.

Gilbert Arenas started by attacking the rim and actually making shots once there. Five of them. Now he's hitting long range jumpers. No way Atlanta was prepared to such an event, they seem shocked.

Magic doing much better this half. Scoring in the paint instead of jacking shots up.

Nice back and forth between Arenas and Crawford. Fun finish.

C'mon Atlanta!

I'd like to see Josh Smith attack Turkoglu in the post.

I'd also like to see Atlanta run some pick and rolls with Josh Smith. I get the feeling Hedo Turkoglu will switch lazily onto the smaller player and leave Smith with a smaller guard on him. Or with Hedo stuck on someone like Jamal Crawford (quick guard) who can easily beat him off the bounce.
