By the way, I was stunned that the Dirk shot didn't go in at the buzzer. It looked good coming out of his hands and it was a shot he's hit a million times.

To me, looked like he was trying too hard to draw the foul there instead of going up for his normal fadeaway.

If Dallas played the entire second half like they do the last 5mins they would be up 3-0. Seriously, they wait too late to try!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

They did that against the Thunder as well but got away with it. Miami is a different animal and they need to start much faster.

Well in the history of the NBA finals, 11 teams have went 1-1 and whoever of the 11 teams won game 3 won the championship. Im rooting for the mavs, but Im a little in doubt if they can win it now.
They do though need to stop sleepwalking and when it's 5-7 minutes left play like crazy good. Playing and coming back from down to try to win it always isn't a success and tonight was an example.
They need to learn from tonight and do what they do at the last minute in the second half and not the last half of the 4th quarter.

I don't believe in that stat
Celtics were up 3-2 last year in the Finals after losing game 3. But the refs decided to win the championship for the Lakers. Game 3 isn't game 7, Dallas is still in it

Hope so and I still have faith, but confidence went down a bit. They gotta stop with the coming back down mess and just play if not the whole second half at least the fourth quarter or end of the third quarter show up to start the fourth.

Yeah totally. Dallas had so many chances to push their lead to 5, but it takes so much energy trying to come back

The Heat winning the NBA championship would be a fitting end to the '11 season prior to the upcoming NBA lockout. The Heat are symbolic of a great many things that need to be changed about the NBA.

Like what?

The way their current team was put together, the way the team succeeds, the way their stars behave on and off the court . . . .
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

"I know you all wanna win, but you gotta do it TOGETHER!"

What's going under the radar... JJ Barea is garbage game 1, Dallas loses... he is much better game 2, Dallas wins. How was he tonight... M.I.A.! Barea has got to be better.

Inconsistency has been his biggest problem ... he can be absolutely fantastic one night, and not show up at all the next. Giving a consistently strong contribution in this series would help the Mavs a lot, but he's just too immature a player at this point to be counted on that way.

It's when it's tied after the first two games.
