Hope Doc gets rid of that very "special" play where Rondo, at the end of every quarter, dribbles the clock down on the perimeter and then heaves up a 20 ft jumper at the buzzer.
Maybe that happens sometimes as a result of other players not running complicated plays properly and failing to get open, forcing Rondo to take that last shot.
If it happened infrequently, I might agree with you. However, since it happens so often, I blame Doc for not adjusting to this and having alternatives in place and RR for not driving to the basket and being aggressive. Heck, a double-teamed Pierce iso has more chance of a successful outcome than RR heaving up 20 footers at the buzzer.
Maybe RR shouldn't end quarters and games and DWest/Arroyo, Ray, Pierce, Green/Baby and KG should. 5 shooters are harder to cover than 4, plus those other guys can all hit their free throws.
