wow... Rondo has a jumper?  ;D

where'd he pick that up?

His slump was really just him working on his jumper and getting the sort of real game experience that hours of practice in a gym can't replicate.

If rondo can keep up this level of play, we win the championship. It's like the year Parker played out of his mind and the Spurs won the championship with him as MVP (07).

All the Hawks bigs are punks.

Did you see after JO got in his face, Pachulia get silent and walk away with his head down. I love the toughness from JO

cant watch the game, so please explain what is so "tough" about jo? his stat line is unimpressive, so i am happy he is doing good things...but what exactly is he doing?

thanks.

Ok no prob
Well, JO is making his presence known in the post. Boxing out, clogging lanes. Traveled with the ball one time though
And the Pachulia altercation was a good sign of a never-back-down attitude this team was lacking

Getting chippy with Zaza; stupidly picking up a technical, but looking menacing while doing it.
Celtics fan for life.

I agree that if Rondo could maintain the way he's played the last 6 quarters for the rest of the year, we'd probably win it all, but there's 4 and a half years of game play before that making it seem unlikely. He's really is a beast right now though  ;D

JO can play some D and, in short minutes, be a physical presence.  But, his scowl is nowhere near as impressive as the guy that's gone.  JO has a mild-mannered baby-faced look about him.  He needs to get in front of a mirror and practice looking mean.

I watched JO closely and his mistakes were looking only like rust.  He just needs to get used to the game again.

He played pretty similar for the first 3 or 4 months of the season, so I don't know why it would be unlikely.

At the beginning of the season, he was mostly assisting like crazy. Now it's just his crazy shooting. I really hope he can maintain this through June.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
that was a tough shot by KG. Nice to see his shooting touch is hanging on.
