so people are now getting upset because people dont respond to them on celticsblog? really? if u post something intelligent, that makes sense, and is on topic.. my experience has been that people will respond to ur comment.. why are people so sensitive these days?

If you go back to the original thread I'm almost positive the OP gave some figures and said a long post... and immediately after, another "high volume" poster basically gave the same information. The high volume poster got responded to by the other high volume posters in the thread. The OP didn't get any responses and then made a statement. Fafnir then said he would make a new thread to discuss it. A while later I asked where this new thread was because I was interested in discussing that topic and here we are. I could be wrong though... I admittedly didn't read the original posts in the original thread because that topic didn't interest me.

If this isn't what happened and the OP just brought it up out of nowhere... much ado about nothing.

That's not what happened.

As I said... I could be wrong.

So what did happen?

Yeah I misunderstood the situation... but the OP still felt it was necessary to start the topic and a few posters have sided with him so it's not like the issue is nonexistent.

Like I said earlier though... there's nothing that can really be done about it.

Oh and thank you for re-posting that... I never saw it. TP!

Like I said earlier though... there's nothing that can really be done about it.

I don't disagree with that, but I do disagree with the notion that the blog is somehow 'broken' and unfix-able. I just find that whole notion distasteful. Now, some posters might not feel 'a part' of some aspects of the blog, but I don't think that means the blog is broken, because we've got a pretty solid history of welcoming in new people. We were all new at some point (aside from Po, or Jeff), and we all found a niche here.

People who stick around won't feel left out for very long..people who come in the door and wonder why everyone doesn't already know their name..I just don't understand how to make those people happy.

6 being tougher than 10, that sounds like you are on the metric system, is that allowed in the tuff guyz?

In all seriousness though, if your post is ignored...take it as a compliment.  It generally means you are not going to any extremes, and may, in fact, be correct.
