rondo, westbrook, nash, or parker?

my friend is saying Rondo is not a top 5 pg because of his shot. Also said he would rank the other 3 pgs above him. So because Rondo was in a slump that means he is not a top 5 pg anymore?

Westbrook > Rondo.

This year, Nash = Rondo

Rondo > Parker

Rondo is on the skirts of being a top 5 PG

I strongly feel that Rondo is a top 5 point guard in the NBA. I think that this slump that Rondo and the TEAM is on right now actually proves how good he really is. Yes, the roster shakeup has a significance on our current level of play but whatever happened to the people who said "we go as Rondo goes". I dont feel that has changed and he is still the most vital piece on this roster.
