Those four and Rondo on the floor together sure looked nice tonight.  Very enticing to think of that unit off the bench when Shaq returns.  Put whoever you want to fill the blank in with (and you could go a lot of directions with the 5th spot).

I really liked that lineup tonight.

Our bench and Pierce were really aggressive tonight, getting Indiana in foul trouble and completely taking Hibbert and Hansborough out of the game while getting them into the penalty.

Our flaws as a team were

a) lack of offense
b) lack of bench
c) lack of rebounding
d) lack of freethrow shooting

Were getting healthy, and our bench is getting deeper, if the Celtics play great, our only problem is rebounding which we can live with. C's just arent as aggressive as they were tonight on most nights, but when they are, we are unbeatable.

I think those 4 give Doc lots of options due to their flexibility.  Doc can leave any of Ray, PP or Rondo on the floor with that unit and do well.

Also, Arroyo and Murphy are rounding into shape nicely and can be added to that bench brigade as legit options off the bench.  Right now, I only figure Bradley and Sasha as definitely in street clothes in the playoffs.  Murphy is JO insurance for the playoffs (and if he keeps improving with his D, JO may officially become an afterthought).

Baby and West will both be ahead of Krstic and Arroyo on the depth chart.

JO will also play during the playoffs. Krstic cant handle Bynum, Dwight, etc.

I agree..if Doc is going to stick with 8 men rotation..then D-West has to be in it (if healthy) over Arroyo.
